"Canoe Believe It?"

Jeff's New Canoe - Turns out the James River, though non-threatening to the wader, contains many perilous Rocks and Small Rapids which challenge the amateur canoeist. But do you remember that one time that me and Megan Downey were paddling down the glassy Grand River and we capsized the canoe trying to save my lucky hat?
Athens, GA - While job-hunting and trying to find my Purpose here in Richmond, I can't help but dream of living in the Orange Twin Village. I would hang out with Theo and Laura, feed the chickens, and skim the debris out of the swimmin hole. What a life! The more time I spend on the computer, the more I crave a agrarian lifestyle.
Universe - This is a really neat blog by Claire L. Evans.
I Wish I Were - an organic farmer + llamas + wool-making; the principal of a hippy elementary school; a professor at a womens college.

Woah, I haven't looked at your site for a long, long time, Ms. Tobey. I can enthusiastically say that Yes! I remember when you fell in the Grand River. What a day.

erin! i too find myself daydreaming of being in more soft, more quiet places with friends today. hope you are well.
Of course I remember. What a day!
Dear Erin Tobey,
If you want to be an organic farmer, you should come to Chico CA. Maybe when you're here you can play music in between the planting and the harvests. Worth a shot!
